Sorry for not blogging everyday but life has became extremely busy lately. School starts again on the 18th and kids have doctor, eye, and dental appointments out the whazoo! I still post on my weight tracker page everyday so you can see what progress I'm making.
C'mon girl...get unbusy. LOL Tracy and I are starting on Monday. I'm excited and can't wait. I've been printing recipes off the internet and mom is sending me some, so I don't get burnt out to quickly on the food. Anyway, post some tips and tricks that you've learned and also some recipes. Love the meatloaf.

Hey I can email you a PDF file FULL of recipes that are on protocol. Some of them are things I could NEVER imagine liking but when your only eating 500 calories everything tastes good..lol
